ASRC provides shelter for homeless or abused animals, as well as rehabilitation programs to make sure each one of our pets gets the chance to find its forever family.

Animal Licensing
We took our license in 2022 and we plan to extend our center in the near future. We plan to provide mobile medical care for animals in the surrounding areas.
Safe place for the souls
Located near Vedea Forest in Teleorman county, 30 minutes from Alexandria, our center offers over the highest standards for all rescued animals to live and play in a safe and clean environment.
Finding Souls a Home
At All Souls Rescue Center together with the help of our employees and volunteers we want to provide the best food, the best care, the best place for abandoned animals and prepare them for adoption.
OUR VISION
To build the best animal rescue center in Romania and maybe in the South East Europe. With the help of our employees and volunteers we prepare them for adoption, providing them with the necessary medical care, integration, affection and love, also we want to restore their confidence in people.
OUR MISSION
To find, rescue, care for all abandoned souls in the south region of Romania and provide them shelter, food, medical services, love and a new home to all.
In the near future we also want to provide mobile medical care for animals in the surrounding areas and social education campaigns to reduce the number of abandoned animals.
